I am an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst's Isenberg School of Management. I study how managers and entrepreneurs facilitate and impede the growth of their businesses.
My research won the Glueck Best Paper Award of the Academy of Management's Strategic Management Division in 2022. It was also nominated for Best Paper Award by both the Academy of Management's Managerial and Organizational Cognition Division and the International Corporate Governance Society in 2021.
